Alpari Group

With a history dating back to 1998, the Alpari companies (“Alpari”) are among the world’s fastest growing providers of online foreign exchange (“FX”, “Forex”) trading services. The companies provide cutting edge technology, low-cost trading, comprehensive market research tools, advanced educational programmes and world-class customer service.

The group of Alpari companies has offices in over 20 countries. Locations include London, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Dubai, Moscow, Mumbai and Frankfurt. Combined, the companies look after over 170,000 active trading accounts, generating monthly trading volumes in excess of $210 billion and employ over 630 people worldwide.*

Alpari Group includes three companies:

• Alpari (UK), based in London.
• Alpari (US), based in New York.
• Alpari (Russia), based in Moscow.

The companies are independent entities, regulated by different authorities: Alpari (UK) is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the UK, Alpari (US) is regulated by the National Futures Association (NFA) in the US and Alpari (Russia) is regulated by the Financial Regulation Agency in Russia.

Alpari (UK) was established in 2004. The company is based in the heart of the City of London. It has four office under it – Alpari Emirates, based in Dubai, is an independent entity owned by the shareholders of Alpari (UK); Alpari (Deutschland), based in Frankfurt, Germany, is a subsidiary of Alpari (UK); Alpari (China), located in Shanghai, is a representative office of Alpari (UK); and Alpari (India), located in Mumbai, is a 100% subsidiary of Alpari (UK).

Alpari (US) was established in 2006. The company is based on Wall Street, in the financial district of New York City, where it is registered by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and is a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). Alpari (US) is owned by the shareholders of Alpari (UK) and is a completely independent entity. Alpari (US) has a branch office in Boston.

Alpari (Russia) was established in Moscow in 1998. Alpari (Russia) has many branches offices all over the Russian Federation, in Poland, Nigeria, Latvia, the Ukraine, Armenia, Indonesia, Thailand and Peru.
