Sometimes spam programs may identify our emails as spam. It may help if you change the setting of your spam detection programs. You may try to complete the application form again indicating another email address. If for some reason you cannot complete the application form online, it is possible to download the application form in a .pdf format (http://www.alpari.co.uk/files/doc/20071101/appform_personal.pdf ) and complete it offline, which you can then print, sign and send to us via fax or post.
When you launch the client terminal, it connects to our server loading a list of IP addresses. If you indicate an IP address, not a symbol-type server name when you log in for the first time, the next time you launch Metatrader 4 the application automatically loads the names of available trading servers. The IP address you previously typed in will be changed to the symbol type name of the server (for example “Alpari UK – Demo” or “Alpari UK – Live”).
Should one of the servers become unavailable, the client terminal will automatically switch to the next available server.
For your Live Account (link to 1.2) choose “Alpari UK – Live” from the list of available servers. If you can’t find this server name, simply type in one of the following IP addresses:

Yes, you can. It is possible to have as many Live Accounts as you wish in one or more different currencies (GBP, USD, EUR, CHF or JPY). To request an additional account, please contact Client Services on support@alpari.co.uk
It is possible to have as many Live Accounts as you wish, however it’s not possible to have one account and many sub accounts. We provide a software package called “MetaTrader MultiTerminal” which can be used to manage multiple accounts from one trading platform.
No, we will not. You can have a functioning Live Account with a zero account balance
Yes, we do. Swap-free accounts incur no interest charges/payments but they do incur commission charges. If you want a swap-free account please open a standard account as explained on the account opening page and send a request to our Customer Service team to change it over to swap-free status and to provide you details of the commissions.
Yes. It is possible to log in into your live and/or trading accounts from any computer that has Alpari (UK)’s MetaTrader 4 platform downloaded. You can even be logged in from different computers simultaneously.
Please be careful with your logins and passwords. If you save your MetaTrader password on a particular PC anyone who has access to it will be able to trade on your account.
No. MetaTrader 5 will not replace the popular MetaTrader 4, but will be offered alongside it.
